We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team, with a primary focus on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the scheme's communal areas. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents while adhering to health and safety requirements at all times. Specific Tasks: As a Domestic Assistant, your responsibilities will include: 1. Cleaning all areas as identified in the scheme cleaning log. 2. Ensuring that areas such as toilets, bathrooms, and showers are disinfected and maintained to a hygienic standard. 3. Cleaning all food preparation areas to a high standard. 4. Collecting and disposing of refuse from all bins appropriately for collection. 5. Maintaining the guest room to a clean and comfortable standard for use, often with little or no notice. 6. Managing an inventory of materials, including toilet rolls and linen, and arranging for cleaning and replacement as needed. 7. Working in accordance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) guidelines and ensuring the safe and secure storage of cleaning materials. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, totalling 4 hours a day. Hours can be worked flexibly to suit, which can be discussed at the interview.
