This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. The Role: Greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Handle incoming calls and emails, answer questions, or pass messages to the correct person Assist with filing, scanning, and organising documents, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols Provide administrative support such as data entry, prepare documents, handle mail etc as needed Entering client information into the database, keeping details accurate and confidential Sort and distribute mail, and send outgoing mail as needed.
