Your role as Corporate Services Manager
* Manage a portfolio of audit and accounting clients, ensuring high-quality compliance services
* Oversee audits from planning to completion, including reviewing and finalising audit files
* Prepare projections, forecasting information, and management reports
* Take ownership of a specialism such as Charities, Solicitors Accounts Rules, Pension Schemes, or Corporate Finance
* Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff, ensuring quality work and career growth
* Play an active role in business development, including networking and representing the firm
What you'll need to succeed as Corporate Services Manager
* ACCA/ACA qualification with at least two years of post-qualification experience (recently qualified candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)
* Strong audit experience with a good understanding of UK GAAP and ISAs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
* Leadership skills to mentor and develop junior team members
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results
