Obtain Public Liability documents from contractors. Manage EICRs/Gas Safeties/EPCs with appropriate parties. Deal with utility companies, taking meter readings. Schedule and attend inventories and property check-ins. Follow new tenancy procedures. Send vacating letters for end of tenancies re: check out process. Deal with deposit negotiations and releases. Serve Section 21 notices when required. Required skill sets for Property Manager: Proven experience in property management A proactive and positive attitude. Highly motivated to build and develop the department. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle multiple tasks.
