A typical day at Regus
* Foster an Engaging Community: Be the heart and soul of our workspace by building meaningful relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and creating a sense of belonging within the community.
* Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, offering assistance with a smile, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.
* Space Management: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting workspace, ensuring that all common areas are consistently presentable and equipped with necessary supplies.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute exciting community events, workshops, and networking sessions that bring professionals together, foster collaboration, and inspire creativity.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to showcase the benefits of Regus to potential clients, conducting tours of the workspace and highlighting the unique features of our flexible solutions.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including managing mail and packages, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the center manager.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detial.
* Proficient in using technology and Office 365.
