Who we’re looking for Seat Unique is looking for a creative, hard-working Brand Manager with a passion for live events, sports, music, and entertainment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in social media management and influencer marketing. You will engage our audience using marketing rights and assets from sports club partnerships, driving brand awareness and engagement across social media. This role involves collaborating with our account management team and frequent travel to partners for content creation with videographers and photographers. Requirements Responsibilities As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies to enhance our presence and engagement across various platforms, ensuring our brand's message resonates with our target audience. Your role will involve: Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth through comprehensive social media strategies. Create and Curate Content: Manage high-quality content creation and curation across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms. Leverage Creative Resources: Utilise in-house, freelance, and agency creative resources to deliver all required social media assets. Identify and Collaborate with Influencers: Promote our brand and products by developing and managing influencer campaigns for B2B and B2C. Track Influencer Performance: Analyse performance and ROI of influencer partnerships and campaigns using various influencer platforms and direct negotiations. Activate Partner Rights and Assets: Maximise usage of marketing rights and assets from sports club partnerships, including in-stadium advertising and digital assets. Coordinate Advertising Content: Ensure creation and placement of advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and partnership agreements. Analyse and Report Performance: Track, analyse, and report on social media and influencer marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and prepare regular reports for senior management. Skills & Experience While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include: 3 years in a role managing social media and/or influencer campaigns. Proven examples of managing ambassadors, influencers, and agencies. Availability and a hunger to visit stadiums and attend live events. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Passion for sports and entertainment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
