We are actively seeking a Credit Controller for a well established company in Bromborough, Wirral.

The main duties include:
1. Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring payments are made within agreed terms.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Handle a high volume of customer interactions via telephone.
4. Maintain customer records to ensure timely receipt of invoices/statements.
5. Provide copy invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis.
6. Escalate any concerning issues to the Credit Control Team Leader.

1. Credit Control experience
2. Good Excel skills
3. The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
