We're looking for experienced Support Workers, with a positive attitude and a people focused approach to join our team!

As a Support Worker you will be supporting people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy great lives at home and as part of their community. The role involves helping the people we support to:
* Attend different activities in the community and go on outings.
* Grow their independence and learn skills for daily living like using public transport or cooking a meal.
* Manage their daily routines - shower, get dressed, take medication or eat a meal.
* Pursue their goals, interests, and hobbies.
* Stay healthy and make positive choices about their lifestyle.
* Have strong connections with their whanau and community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empathy, respect, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
* Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours.
* Confidence working with complex support needs.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts.
* Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support.
* Possession of a Full NZ driver's license or willingness to work towards obtaining one.
