IT Support Engineer Bradford Salary up to £35k Technet is currently partnered with a leading Global Manufacturing company that is currently looking for a It support engineer to join the team. As part of the Global IT Helpdesk, you will support users throughout the group, both in the UK and in Europe, providing 1st class support and resolving issues in a timely matter. You will be responsible for the following in the role. Providing 1st and 2nd line support both onsite and remotely Dealing with Software Installations Laptop/Desktop Builds in a windows environment Maintain and troubleshoot hardware Resolve and local and area network issues You Will Need The Following Skills For This Role Previous experience working in a Help desk / Service desk environment Knowledge of Office 365, Windows, Networks and Active Directory Experience working on internal software.
