Senior Recruitment Consultant - £27k-£35k (Dependant on experience) - permanent - Leeds - Hays Finance The Opportunity The Hays Finance Division in Leeds, is a 7-person team, covering non-qualified through to senior qualified appointments across the public and private sector, temp and perm. Our leadership team have over 100 years of experience working with customers across West Yorkshire and having navigated through an ever changing market, to establish industry leading positions in both interim and permanent business units. The Leeds office services a number of industries including Finance, Construction, Property, Legal, HR, Education, Business Support and Technology. A short walk from the train station, the office is complete with secure bike locker, showers, breakout area and lounge, booths for team meetings and a furnished rooftop where the team regularly take part in activities and celebrations. Sectors covered include: Consumer goods, e-commerce, leisure, hospitality, technology, SAAS, construction & property, insurance, and professional services. What can I expect day to day? As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry. Your job role will include: Running a 360 desk - candidate and client acquisition. Providing expert, specialist advice to customers. Developing and implementing effective individual business and sales plans. Facilitating the end to end recruitment process at an advanced qualitative level. Leading by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, customer facing activity, and attitude.
