Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met. Manage order processing and fulfilment for assigned customers. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email regarding supplied parts and services. Liaise with company partners for all service enquiries and orders. Monitor customer and supplier financial accounts. Produce customer order acknowledgements and log orders onto the company ERP system. Support customer complaints management in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Monitor orders for delivery expectations and liaise with other departments to determine stock availability. Handle stock queries and expedite the dispatch of goods. Coordinate travel and accommodation for Services Support staff and visiting customers. Provide hospitality to all visiting customers and representatives. Offer telephone and email technical support for company-supported products. Issue quotations and create sales/work orders. Refer all customer correspondence to available field engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based engine diagnostics/programming. Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail. Organised approach to tasks and capable of working on own initiative. Experience in a customer service environment. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing requirements. Clean full UK Driving Licence. On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant business IT systems.
