We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young minds, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
2. Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
3. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop a well-rounded curriculum
5. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
6. Attend and contribute to staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
7. Support students with additional needs and promote an inclusive classroom
8. Ensure the classroom is organized and well-prepared for each lesson
9. Manage student behavior in accordance with the school's policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
1. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
2. Experience in teaching primary-aged children is desirable
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A positive, patient, and creative approach to teaching
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
8. Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children
9. Specialised experience in [e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEN] is an advantage
