Kier are currently involved in a major energyproject in the South West (Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater inSomerset), delivering reinforced concrete, bulk earthworks andinfrastructure on one of the UK's largest projects. We have anexciting opportunity for a Senior MEP Planner to join ourteam, you will needto have experience working on large complex projects like we haveat Hinkley. MEP experience, knowledge of RIBA design process andmanagement of subcontractor programmes would be an advantage. Youwill have Primavera experience and any 4D Planningexperience.

Contract: Permanent, FullTime - Hybrid working is an available option
Responsibilities
As SeniorMEP Planner, you'll be working within the Nuclear Major Projectsteam, supporting in a major energy project deliveringnuclear grade reinforced concrete and infrastructure on one of theUK's largest projects. You would ideally haveexperience in installation of mechanical, electrical and fitout ofRC frame buildings, alongside a thorough understanding of the NECcontract environment. Management of subcontractors and merging andauditing of subcontractor programmes will be anadvantage.
Your day to day as a Senior MEP Planner willinclude:
* Able to create programmes from1st principles, utilising M&E schedules,drawings and specifications
Create an integrated programme fromsubcontractor programmes Audit subcontractor programmes forrobustness
* Update and monitor progress within a programmeagainst contract requirements
Introduce and analyse change in programmesaccording to prescriptive NEC conditions

* UKNEC contract based planning experience.
* Mustbe familiar with reinforced concrete frame buildingtechniques/methodologies.
Must be familiar with Impact/DelayProgrammes
