Previous administrative experience and ability to multitask and work under pressure with a strong customer focus essential. It might be helpful in the role to have the ability to speak French, Spanish, German or Welsh, but this is not essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required as a minimum. Part time and full-time work considered. The job will entail liaising with our customers (teachers) and our suppliers (accommodation, excursion and transport providers). You will assist our Tours Managers in all aspects of our administration. As this is a niche sector, previous experience is not expected. Full training will be provided.
