The Role Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people? We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our business forward by generating leads and scheduling sales appointments for our representatives. Key Responsibilities Proactively contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products and services. Follow a tailored script to engage in meaningful conversations, identify customer needs, and qualify leads. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our product range. Secure sales appointments for our field sales team. Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills. A professional and engaging phone manner. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred). Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce (advantageous). Resilience in handling objections and rejection. A persuasive, relationship-building approach to conversations. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
