Our client is a dynamic, growth-oriented company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and supply of high-quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP) materials. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Actively prospect and acquire new business within the construction, utility, and infrastructure sectors.
2. Manage and develop existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
3. Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
4. Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential and existing customers.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
7. Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
5. Knowledge of the GRP industry is a plus but not essential.
