Job Summary: Strood Academy has an exciting opportunity for an engaging and passionate Teacher of Art and Design Technology to join our department from September 2025.

Centralised behaviour system and detentions – simple for teachers to follow allowing disruption-free classrooms. Our commitment to the development of all staff includes CPD on Wednesday afternoons and the opportunity to collaborate with staff from other schools in the LAT. Also, all staff at Strood receive regular coaching feedback through our online platform on-track.
