About the role: We are currently seeking a Adult Learning Support Assistant & Cognassist Facilitator to join The Bedford College Group to cover various campuses across Bedford. As a Adult Learning Support Assistant & Cognassist Facilitator, you play an important role in the success of our students through: Facilitating and managing adult student cohorts to complete the Cognassist assessment at the start of the learner journey. Being responsible for providing monthly support meetings to learners who have matched on the Cognassist assessment recording in the Cognassist platform. Being an active member of the ALS Team and assisting in the development of adult students’ skills and strategies to support their progress and achievement.
