You will be working for the Facilities / Works Department based onsite at HMP Humber, Brough.
This is to cover a maternity contract for around 1 year. This could open up other permanent opportunities within the establishment, subject to performance.
Your new role
You will be required to assist the Admin Manager with supporting the Site Manager and Supervisors within the department. Main responsibilities are filing awaypliance related documents and logging jobs and actions into the internal system, email correspondence, answering calls and transferring them to the right departments, shredding and reorganising paperwork, escorting external contractors around the site safely.
What you'll need to succeed
Some admin experience is desired but not essential. Happy to consider recent graduates
Must beputer-literate - experience using Microsoft Office
You must be able to pass a full prison vetting process.
You must have a valid passport OR full birth certificate and a photo driving licence along with proof of NI and proof of address.
You must be able to provide 2 recent employment references (or 1 if that is all you have had in the last 3 years).
