What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are warmly invited from inspiring, talented and highly motivated teachers, whether you are looking to take your first step into teaching as an ECT or as an established practitioner. We are a popular 3 form entry primary school and part of the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership; a small, friendly multi academy trust located on the borders of South West London between Surbiton and Esher, Surrey. We are currently in our planning stages for the new academic year and are open to receive applications for teaching in Reception, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 classes.
Following our recent Ofsted (March 2024), this is an exciting time to join our School and Partnership.
Applicants will need to demonstrate high standards and expectations, and be able to deliver innovative and enjoyable teaching and learning experiences, ensuring our pupils achieve the best possible outcomes.
Behaviour is impeccable. Pupils are joyful, polite and considerate, respecting the views of others. The behaviour approach is well understood, and ensures a positive learning environment. (Ofsted report, March 2024)
In return, we can offer you enthusiastic and highly motivated children with a love of learning, a commitment to your professional growth and development with a range of training opportunities.
‘Workload and well-being are carefully considered. Training opportunities, in school and across the trust, ensure that staff expertise is routinely developed. Teachers, including those early in their careers, feel strongly supported, motivated and happy.’ (Ofsted report, March 2024)
