Alphacomm custom designs, manufactures and distributes wireless accessories to over 18,000 points of distribution, primarily in the Prepaid wireless market in North America. Alphacomm leads the wireless industry in the number of carrier brands managed and is the first to market carrier-licensed accessory portfolios for over fifty devices launched annually. In-house brands, Quikcell and BosBos, are leading brands designed and manufactured by Alphacomm for the Prepaid channel.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
* Day to day management of Apple which consists of the following;
o Weekly sales reporting for Apple
o Identifying gaps based on sales and market
o Stock/Sales internal meetings – these meetings are where the role will sense check stock on hand and share back a view with Sales Director to ensure we are going to hit budget
o Weekly Apple presentations required for the weekly Apple meetings
o Management of all Apple NPI
+ Pricing form submission
+ Product set-up file
+ MSRP file for all Apple regions
+ Briefing internal marketing/product on NPI requirements (Content/photography/videography)
+ Web online form
o Support on X3 Apple Supply calls weekly
o Work closely with product/project to ensure the smooth running of Apple account
o Briefing teams on new Apple briefs
o Apple Invoicing files to be sense checked against dashboard
* Supporting sales teams on collating decks in-conjunction with marketing/product
* Sales/stock reviews to identify gaps within regions
* Working closely with me and sales team to ensure customer facing presentations are meeting brief set-out
* Admin support for accounts
* Ensuring the Sales Director is fully supported on Apple
* Collating office samples list
* Minute meetings – Sales meetings
* Collating, checking and sending out global price lists
* Orchestrating and filing global NDAs, Contracts and Customer Set up Forms
* Collating Sales forecasts
* Customer Service support for key customers ,TURY, EMEA and APAC
* Conferences And trade shows, CES organization - constructing emails, creating agenda, managing Sales meeting schedule
* Supporting sales teams on collating decks in-conjunction with marketing/product
* Sales/stock reviews to identify gaps within regions
* Working closely with Sales Director and sales team to ensure customer facing presentations are meeting customer briefs
* Admin support for accounts
