The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Reporting to our Director of Safety and Security, we are looking for a passionate and enigmatic Security and Safety Manager to lead our Security team. Responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the Security Department, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining emergency responses across the business and support the Director of Safety & Security in implementation of the Health & Safety Management System. With a focus on team development, you will lead by example for our officers with a knowledge of security in a luxury hospitality environment.
Who we are looking for?
* Experience in Security management within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
* Someone who has led a team of Security officers and driven daily operational standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
This role is made up of a base rate of £40,000 per annum, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
