Job Title: Senior Project Manager:\n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nOur client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and seeking a Senior Project Manager.\n\nIf you have experience in delivering Defence Sector Projects and are already performing at a senior level or looking for a step up then this could suit you perfectly.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nDraft and present early-stage appraisals and viability reports\nAssemble all necessary paperwork\nFormulate fee proposals\nCollaborate with academic and professional teams to develop curriculum and student support processes\nLead project management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery\nDevelop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team\nGenerate high quality bid proposals and develop innovative solutions to meet client's needs \n\nRole Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:\n\nExperience in Defence Sector Projects is preferred\nHave already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach\nExcellent report-writing and technical review skills\nA sound understanding of clients needs and strong commercial awareness.\nNEC Experience is preferred but not necessary \n\nWhat's on offer for the Senior Project Manager?\n\n25 days annual leave plus public\nA starting salary of between £55,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience.\nPension Contribution of 5%\nPrivate Medical Insurance \n\nWhat happens next:\n\nOn receipt of your application our dedicated Surveying and Project Management recruiter, Max Dunnigan, will contact you to discuss this opportunity in full detail.
