We're looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Surveyor to drive projects forward, overseeing everything from initial surveys to the final touches on crucial refurbishment and adaptation work.
What you'll do in the Technical Surveyor (Senior/Principal) job:
Manage and inspire a team of technical and administrative staff
Oversee housing projects from initial survey through to completion, including adaptations, refurbishments, and energy efficiency initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health and safety standards, and council policies
Provide expert advice and support to residents, helping them navigate financial assistance for home improvements
Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
What you'll need for the Technical Surveyor (Senior/Principal) job:
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Experience working as a surveyor and within design and construction industries
Ability to create detailed technical drawings, manage budgets, and supervise on-site contractors
A passion for improving housing quality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
In-depth knowledge of housing legislation, construction contracts, and health and safety regulations
