Job role: Associate Director
Location: Central and North London
Salary: From £45,000 per annum, plus annual car allowance of £5,500
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

Main Responsibilities
* Overall regional management of a portfolio of 5 properties around central and North London.
* Lead and develop a team of property managers within the portfolio, supporting their development, conducting frequent reviews and providing constructive feedback and coaching, ensuring KPI’s and SLAs are met.
* Lead cross-functional meetings and discussions to set and review the portfolio priorities and strategies for future - seeking solutions and improvements within processes, procedures and application.
* Act as a key driver and enabler of service innovation and provide leadership in developing and embedding a culture of service excellence to all colleagues.
* Lead on and actively participate in/encourage new business leads with an overall growth and profitable intention including sales meetings, presentations and bids.
* Lead and support Property Manager action plans and actively monitor risk. Implement corrective actions for “at risk” schemes ensuring preventative measures are in place for those that are vulnerable.
* Conduct site audits and spot checks of standards across the portfolio ensuring adherence to FirstPort standards and assess trends and feedback.
* Monitoring and auditing KPI’s for the portfolio to adhere to the business vision while maintaining compliance to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Support Property Managers and cross-functional teams to actively conclude complaints and actions, handling escalated complaints where necessary. Be the lead point of contact for conclusions on major legal issues including Section 20, consultation, lease and invoicing with the support from the legal team.
* Proactively manage contractors, consultants and other professional advisors to ensure they efficiently support the business, providing advice on building structures and components to supervise major works projects to project completion within scope and specification.
About you
You will be a property management professional, and ideally hold an ATPI qualification. You will be experienced in managing a multi-property portfolio. You are a natural and inspirational leader, with experience of managing people/teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
You are a confident, articulate communicator; able to build relationships with all types of customers and clients with a resolution-focused mentality, creative in your approach. You are able to deal with problems and challenges effectively, bringing a successful resolution to issues.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of the principles relating to Health & Safety regulations, building safety and Leasehold management.
