We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in a Business Development role to help expand our customer base, build strong relationships with key clients, and generate new business opportunities. As a part of our team in Aberdeen, you will play a key role in growing our market presence, identifying strategic partnerships, and executing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
3. Regular travel within the UK, Europe and Africa to meet with existing and potential customers
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
5. Collaborate with other team members
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
8. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development and sales roles
2. A good understanding of Directional Drilling Equipment
3. Strong understanding of Oil and Gas industry and market trends
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong ability to close deals
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite
