Service Co-ordinator, Banbury
Salary range £27,000 - £28,000 per annum + Excellent
Our client is seeking to find a friendly, outgoing, organised Service Co-ordinator to work closely with their Engineers and Customers in a fast-paced small team.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for a team of engineers, usually 2-4 depending on experience.
2. Responding to customer inquiries and keeping them up to date with progress.
3. Arranging annual and bi-annual callouts for routing calibration for equipment.
4. Assist the engineers with diary management, routing, and ensure you communicate as a team.
5. Answer incoming telephone calls, assist customers and our engineers with their requests, or re-direct calls to the correct person/department where necessary.
6. 60% telephone liaison, 40% invoicing.
7. Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours.
8. Ensure the CRM system is kept accurate and up to date.
9. Update the customer database, gather further details for customer records.
10. Monitor the department email inbox and respond to customers based on urgency.
Skills Required:
1. Background within Customer Services.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Preference given to those with experience in Customer Services, Service Co-ordination, or Service Administration.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Team player, keen to work within a small friendly fast-paced team.
6. Good MS Office skills.
We offer 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays. 3 days are reserved for the Christmas shutdown.
