Our client, a progressive Top 100 law firm, has a new opportunity for a 2-4 PQE Employment solicitor, who can assist the team on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious work, acting for both corporate clients and individuals (mostly senior executives).
The work will include the preparation of policies and procedures, agreements and contracts, Employment Tribunal litigation, advice on redundancy, restructuring and TUPE, enforcement of post termination covenants, as well as corporate support work.
You will have the chance to work closely alongside partners and others in the team and as appropriate, you will take a lead on matters of your own. You will take early responsibility for your work and will be trusted to get on with matters in a supportive, collaborative and sociable setting.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
* 2-4 PQE
* Previous experience within contentious & non-contentious Employment matters
* Exposure, or interest in, specialisms such as ET litigation, advice on redundancy, restructuring & TUPE, as well as corporate support work
* Ability to manage own files and to delegate work to others
* Strong client management skills, with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
* Keen interest in business development and marketing
