Job summary The post holder will be an integral member of the pharmacy clinical informatics team. To be a subject matter expert, utilising specialist pharmacy experience and knowledge to support development, optimisation and ongoing maintenance of the CareFlow Medicines Management system (CMM), the Phillips ICCA IT system and future EPMA systems used by the Trust. We are implementing CareFlow Medicines Management across the Trust in mid 2025. You will gain experience in assisting in the implementation of this project as well as the ongoing maintenance, system optimisation and improvement after the roll-out. You will project-manage & drive change implementation, proactively address challenges, create robust standard operating procedures and be a subject matter expert in electronic prescribing and stock control products as required Applicants who are currently working at a KSF band 5 will be considered. Main duties of the job Work with the Lead EPMA Pharmacist and EPMA implementation team to deliver EPMA systems across all areas at UHBW. Work with the Lead EPMA pharmacist to maintain and develop EPMA systems at UHBW. Contribute to the management and allocation of tasks within pharmacy informatics to ensure a consistent service level agreement is met. Provide operational day to day management of the electronic prescribing systems clinical configuration and pharmacy stock control systems. To develop of Pharmacy Informatics services as needed.
