Description
* Manage and maintain the credit control system.
* Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
* Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limits.
* Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
* Provide regular insights to the business on cash flow and potential risks.
* Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
* Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team.
* Ensure compliance with procedures and policies within the role.
