An Interim HR Operations Manager to:
- Support on building the HR infrastructure
- Oversee the effective management of global HR processes and policies
- Support on the implementation of people initiatives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Provide advice and support on performance management
- Provide support on ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances
- Offer operational HR advice and guidance to the wider business to implement HR best practice
- Build and develop relationships with the organisation, and embed your credibility
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures
- Act in a business partnering capacity to the wider business to provide solutions and stakeholder management
