Our client is transitioning to a new HR system and require additional support from a proactive HR MI System Advisor for a period of 6 months
You will bring previous experience operating in a HR data role, with a good technical understanding and hands on experience of HR management information systems and their application. Ideally you will have experience using Oracle.
What will you need to be successful in this role:
* Strong aptitude in data analysis, reporting and data visualisation with the ability to work with structured and unstructured data
* Data manipulation skills, such as Excel, together with experience using SQL to query complex data sets
* Access database, VBA, and some programming skills
* Ability to analyse, interpret and report on data and information clearly and accurately
* Appreciation of the role of high-quality management information
* Exposure to systems upgrades projects, including data migration
* Experience working within a HR team
* Detailed oriented
* Good organisational and excellent communication skills
A hybrid work model is in place - you will need to be onsite in central Manchester 3 days each week.
6-month fixed term contract to start ASAP.
