Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Stock Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily pharmacy operations and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain an organised daily stock inventory, i.e., checking, shelving, liaising with suppliers, and reporting/ claiming, as necessary.
* Provide exceptional patient care by answering telephone queries and attending to walk-ins.
* Adhere to Data Protection Act 2018 i.e. data confidentiality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy environment.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy workspace.
* Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time by your direct report.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of work experience within a Pharmacy with excellent customer care & services.
* GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Meticulous and reliable team player possessing the ability to work within tight deadlines.
* Responsible and punctual individual.
