About the job
As an Improvement Project Manager you will be responsible for providing line management for improvement project officers, while supporting business change projects across Children’s Services and ensuring that correct policy and performance arrangements are in place. You will also be responsible for providing line management for the complaints officers. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be responsible for working with Senior Managers on Improvement projects, complaints and ad-hoc requests.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to meet delivery goals in the fast-paced environment of Children’s Services. They will have experience working in a Local Authority setting and working with senior managers and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of line management as well as personal integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidentiality issues.
This will be a challenging but rewarding role, contributing to the work of Children’s Services, making a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.
