Account Manager At a Glance: We are excited to offer the position of Account Manager to work within our Commercial/Sales Team at our Belfast offices. You will be focused on managing existing accounts and generating new business via the telephone, meetings & presentations. In this role, were looking for a confident individual who is an excellent relationship builder, work on structured timelines and deadlines and able to communicate effectively. You must be passionate about the sports industry and have a sound understanding on a wide variety of team sports. Day to day responsibilities: Proactively manage partner accounts order book. Create design packs to present to partner accounts. Work across senior stakeholders within partner accounts to gain forecasts and orders within structured timelines. Identify and develop new business opportunities within partner accounts. Review, update and renew contracts with partner accounts. Work cross functionally internally to deliver on partner accounts requirements. New Business Opportunities Develop new leads, to establish and cultivate a pipeline of partnership opportunities Ensure a best-in-class, sales process is in place to manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects. Achieve agreed KPIs around client meetings, proposals and pipeline management Working closely with the account management team to ensure clients are serviced properly to help secure renewal business Excellent management of our CRM system, including accuracy of new prospect input, logging of call activities and comprehensive call notes. Lead sales conversations and pitch presentations Lead negotiations and close agreements Extensive knowledge into multi-sports and our portfolio of brands Your Story: Have 4-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably but not essential, in the sports and/or B2B industry You will currently be performing successfully in a revenue generation role. You will demonstrate ability to build rapport and manage complex organisations with multiple stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate generating new leads & closing high-value deals/partnerships or demonstrate evidence of success in your current field of work with the ability to adapt into the sports industry quickly. Self-motivated with the drive and discipline to exceed sales targets. Ability to excite our clients about our brands with excellent communication and negotiation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate, present and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
