As part of Operations and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the role of Business Administrator provides operational and administrative support ensuring the company achieves the goals in the strategy as set by the Board of Directors.

Main Duties
* Manage the visitor process and oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
* Handle invoicing, assist with accounts payable/receivable, and support financial reporting.
* Organise travel and accommodation for staff.
* Prepare and compile ad hoc business reports.
* Provide project support and assist with planning company events and meetings.
* Manage procurement processes, stock control, and logistics for goods in/out.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR tasks.
* Aid in internal compliance activities, including ISO, Cyber Essentials, and B Corp.

* Collation of data from various sources to create and distribute reports
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload balancing multiple tasks and deadlines
* Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
* Willingness to learn new processes and tasks in a growing and changing environment.

Notes
37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri. Due to the nature of the job some occasional work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required.
Travel to customer sites may be required so the ability to travel as and when required needs to be considered.
This role requires a DBS and BPSS security checks.
