We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Support Worker for a temp-to-perm opportunity in a welcoming residential home that supports adults with autism.
About the Role:
Youll be working as part of a supportive team, providing person-centered care and assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
Supporting adults during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
Must have;
One years' experience in the Care Sector
Social Care Wales Registration
UK Driving License and Vehicle (All of the homes have a company car)
PMVA Training (preferred)
