Customer service advisor

* JOB TITLE: Account Closures - Customer Service Advisor
* Pay Rate £13.49 per hour
* LOCATION: Ettrick House, Edinburgh. EH12 9EB
* HOURS: Full-time 35 hours per week over 5 Days, shifts pattern between 8am to 6pm
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites., the remainder working from home within a suitable environment. This will come into force after you are considered fully confident and compliant within the role
* Duration - 6 months FTC, possibly an extension for a further 6 months dependent upon performance and business needs.
