If so, I would love to hear from you A great opportunity has arisen within the UK office of an international manufacturer and distributor of cleaning equipment. Due to continued growth the company are now looking for a customer service candidate to join their team on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to provide first class service delivery to both new/existing customers. Role Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls professionally Respond to customer enquiries Processing customer orders Research required information using available resources Handle and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Process returns/repairs Identify and escalate priority issues Follow up customer calls and make outbound calls where necessary Communicate with couriers for deliveries/ product exchanges Assist other departments as and when required Use of all company systems – SAP, Office, and all customer web-based systems
