Correla are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our team, to develop and nurture strong and strategic relationships with your allocated customers, to fully understand their business.

About the Role
1. You will deliver high customer satisfaction by developing relationships and thoroughly understanding their ‘pain’ points, proactively working to translate into action plans across the Correla business, and wider industry.
2. You will confidently open the door for Correla’s growth opportunities across the suite of products and services.
3. You will enable customers to run their own operations; being their dedicated point of contact for driving improvements impacting the customer experience and owning complex matters to resolution.
4. You will collate key data and intelligence – driving and communicating continuous improvements and action plans into the business and wider CDSP industry.
About You
1. You will have B2B service management experience.
2. You will have experience with customer sentiment techniques.
3. You will have experience in managing a customer group of IGT and DN’s.
4. You will have in-depth knowledge in the gas and electricity industry.
