We are seeking a Residential Support Worker for our homes in Ramsgate and Broadstairs. The role involves encouraging and motivating children, young people, and young adults to develop life skills and participate in leisure, educational, and social activities within a safe and structured environment.
We offer a salary of £30,160 per annum (£12.50 per hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week, £40 per sleep).
We also support your professional development by funding your NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
Purpose of the Role:
The Residential Support Worker will deliver high standards of care, protection, and support, facilitating the physical, psychological, emotional, and recreational development of children and young people according to individual care plans.

Essential Requirements:
* Willingness to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People
* Availability for early, late, and night shifts (including sleepovers)
* Over 21 years of age (due to exemption under the Equality Act 2010)
Desirable Qualifications:
* Two years' experience in a Children's Home
* Full UK driving license
