Recruitment Consultant 360 - Milton Keynes (Industrial Sector)
We are actively seeking a results-oriented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Milton Keynes.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid UK driver's license and have access to their own car.
Responsibilities:
1. You will actively engage in sales and business development activities to cultivate relationships and secure new job vacancies, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
2. Provide tailored recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent positions. You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from understanding client needs to successfully placing candidates, delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
3. Meeting targets for acquiring new clients is crucial. You will schedule and conduct impactful service meetings that foster strong relationships and further the business agenda.
4. Utilising a variety of sources, you will generate sales leads that contribute to the company's growth.
5. You will consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets by making speculative calls and arranging client meetings, demonstrating your drive and determination.
6. Conduct detailed pre-interviews and interviews.
7. You will assess candidate's qualifications and suitability, presenting only the most appropriate candidates to your clients for consideration.
Skills:
1. While having previous experience in recruitment is highly advantageous, we are equally eager to hear from individuals who possess a strong track record in sales. Your ability to foster relationships, close deals, and drive revenue can be an invaluable asset to our recruitment processes.
2. The ability to think on your feet and approach challenges creatively.
3. Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential for fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
4. Strong negotiation skills.
5. A valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
