We are searching for Car Sales Executives for our Weston-Super-Mare dealership.

Drive Motor Retail is currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare and you will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and hold total drive and ambition.
Package Details:
* Basic Salary of £20,000
* Potential earnings are un-capped but are averaged at £50,000+ per annum
* Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (1 of these days off in the week due to working a Saturday)
* Saturday – 8:30am – 5pm
* Alternating rota for Sunday – 10am – 4pm

Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
* Carry out test drives and provide insightful information about the products.
* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements:
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and approachable personality.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* A Valid Driver’s License.
Desirables:
* 1-2 Years of showroom experience in a car sales role.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
