Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Front of House Manager, for our client, an award winning Hotel in the Braemar area, Scotland. The successful candidate will be experienced in a luxury hospitality setting, and have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service, whilst being able to lead a team around them.
Reporting directly to the general manager, the successful front of house manager will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all aspects of front of house, whilst providing an exceptional standard of customer service. You will be responsible for managing all front of house team members, including receptionists/night porters and delivering relevant reports for senior leadership team to review across all aspects of the Hotel, including reservation reports, financial reports, HR issues and any other front of house needs.
Front of House Manager responsibilities to include;
7. Supervising front of house reception, ensuring all team members are adhering to high level of customer service.
8. Managing staff rotas to ensure the front office is staffed according to business forecasts.
9. Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check in/check out of guests.
10. Handle and manage any customer complaints/queries.
11. Control and analyse departmental costs on an ongoing basis.
12. Monitor all front office activities, including discounts, billing instructions, and hotel credit policies.
13. Checking arrival lists, and preparing the team for special VIP guests.
