Key Responsibilities

4. Managing and saving all correspondence efficiently
5. Assisting office colleagues with survey information and supporting project research
6. Collating and analysing data to aid decision-making
7. Producing essential construction documents
8. Serving as the first point of contact and representing the company to clients and visitors
9. Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Key Skills And Qualifications
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
2. Strong organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail
3. The ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise work
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Experience
