Job description:
Qualified 12A/B Traffic Management Operatives – St Austell, Cornwall
Our clients require Traffic Management Operatives to carry out 12A Installation, maintenance and removal of Static Temporary Traffic Management measures on motorways and high-speed dual carriageways for schemes incorporating contraflow operations and/or temporary road markings.
Due to the nature of the industry, each role would require certain flexibility, and one must be able to work both days and nights, including some weekends as required.
Successful candidates for a 12A/B Traffic Management Operative role should have

4. Good timekeeping skills
5. Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
6. Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
7. Ability to always maintain Health and Safety standards
8. A can-do and responsible attitude to work.
Applicants must
9. Hold a 12 A/B Lantra qualification
10. Have a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points
11. Minimum 1 year driving experience
12. Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test when required
13. Have or be able to pass a safety-critical Medical
Hours of work:
Various Shift patterns available
Rate of Pay:
Up to £150 per shift
These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

17. No umbrella payments or fees
18. Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip.
This will start as a temporary role but could become permanent after 3 months depending on your performance.
