Position summary:
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join our Nestlé Coffee team as a Digital & CRM Manager for NESCAFÉ. This role is based at our Crawley office, reporting directly into the D2C Lead for NESCAFE Dolce Gusto. This opportunity will see you develop & activate the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto digital and CRM activity for the UK & Ireland. This role has a particular focus on owned media; responsible for the ongoing delivery of activities across the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto brand website, CRM, SEO, and integration of these into wider brand marketing plans. You will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellence in this space with NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, the coffee shop at home brand.

A day in the life of a Digital & CRM Manager…
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for planning, activating, and executing the strategy for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto across web, CRM & Content. You’ll help build on our consumer database to deliver greater and more personalised experiences to our customers to accelerate our digital ambitions that delivers the very best results.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM:
Responsible for the ongoing activation of our CRM strategy.
Collaborate with local brand and Global teams to plan and execute our CRM calendar
Support with implementation of new triggered campaigns
Key contact with our supporting agency and above market teams
QA campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and activation
Drive initiatives to increase first party data and leverage tactics to maintain database engagement
Provide input into priorities, tactics and monthly performance analysis
Digital Activation:
Support with the implementation and optimisation of digital channels and activities, including; Paid search, SEO, Affiliates, Social media, Website.
Working with Marketing and agencies to develop, test, and optimise the media plan
Develop and implement optimisation strategies for media channels based on website performance data
Work alongside the relevant Brand Managers to integrate input into the wider NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto brand marketing plans to ensure a joined-up experience for the consumer.
Support website content updates from brand or promotional activities
Budget management - Work with Line Manager to ensure that activity spend is properly detailed against eBusiness objectives.
Monitor and report on all digital KPI’s
What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate, you’ll have a breadth of digital and CRM knowledge under your belt. You’ll already have worked within a similar role with relevant marketing experience being able to highlight examples of creating and delivering engaging campaigns, building impactful consumer journeys, and generating conversions/leads/sales. You’ll be passionate, results focused and enjoy working in an exciting environment.
You’ll thrive when working with stakeholders across all levels coupled with your ability to truly understand our business from a commercial standpoint. You’ll have fantastic communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our Coffee business strategy. You’ll be able to leverage and shape the role based on your experiences to date to develop the ongoing strategy.
Other key skills include:
Functional digital knowledge; ideally website management, SEO, and CRM. Knowledge of paid digital media would be helpful.
Experience of optimising and testing through analysis of user behaviour and digital performance to guide decision making.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (as well as other solutions in the Google Marketing Platform, e.g., Data Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager, would be advantageous)
Target/KPI setting.
Budget management.
Solid commercial understanding, D2C experience preferable
Evidence of cross-functional working and collaboration to achieve results.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Drupal CMS would be advantageous but not essential.
Magento experience would be advantageous
Strong collaboration & organisational skills
