Overview of the Primary Teacher role:

Foster a secure and inviting classroom environment for all learners.
*
Deliver personalised lesson plans to accommodate the distinct learning styles and behavioural needs of Key Stage 2 students.
*
Implement effective behaviour management strategies specifically tailored to children in KS2
*
Maintain open communication by consistently providing feedback to KS2 students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative approach to education

The ideal Primary Teacher will:

Hold a recognized teaching credential, such as QTS
*
Be punctual and organised
*
Exhibit a proven history of effective engagement with primary-aged students
*
Maintain an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
*
Maintain professional standards at all times
*
Hold a valid UK right to work
*
Have Classroom experience
*
Be able to embrace a wide range of learning tools to further students’ work
