What Were Looking for:
Experience in acute nursing, with a strong understanding of ward management
Flexibility to work shift patterns as required
Strong recruitment and selection skills
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a BSc in Nursing (or equivalent)
Evidence of ongoing professional development (e.g., relevant clinical certifications)
Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the hospital ward and nursing staff
Provide clinical leadership, ensuring efficient use of ward resources and excellence in patient care
Enhance patient satisfaction by maintaining high levels of customer service
Lead the nursing team in meeting all clinical governance and quality standards
Promote and uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and HCPC guidelines
Act as a role model for the team, ensuring high levels of clinical excellence and compassionate care
