* 1-5 Years PQE having handled a broad scope of Employment matters.
* The ability and desire to work on complex matters, such as restructurings and TUPE matters for household name employers.
* Willingness to undertake a broad diet of Employment work, whilst playing an active role in the development of the practice and the team.
* Comprehensive understanding of Employment law.
* A drive for personal and professional development.
